When packing for your trip to Alaska, please follow
the following advice.
Pack both summer time and fall types of clothing. We never know what the
weather is going to be like from day to day. For that matter, we are
unsure what is going to happen from hour to hour!
It is always better to dress in layers. This will allow you to slim down
if you are too warm and layer up if the weather changes. Packing a light
jacket in addition to what you are wearing is also another good idea.
You should also ALWAYS have a rain jacket with you at all times. The
weather can change in an instant and you do not want to be caught
unprepared. A rain jacket will keep you dry, which will also help keep
you warm. |
