Camping
Our
campsite has been set up with your comfort in mind. From the HEATED tents, HOT
water showers, Sleeping cots and thick sleeping pads...we are confident you will
be more than comfortable.
Tents are heated via a wood stove inside
each tent. The wood is provided and assistance getting the stove going is highly
recommended. Cots and sleeping pads will be arranged in each tent, based on your
actual group size, but may be re-arranged to your liking.
We have a customized bath and shower
trailer which has 2 complete bathrooms and showers. There are also 2 more camp showers
shelters for those
who really want to feel like they are roughing it!!
Our central fire pit is a
great place to discuss the events of the day. Whether it is about the one that
got away or someone falling into the mud while clam digging, there is always
something to discuss. You get the opportunity to sit back and relax while we
take care of everything else. We will process your daily catch to ensure
freshness and prepare your daily breakfasts and dinners.
 
Fishing
You
will not only be guided every day of your stay, you will also learn the How,
When and Where for each of the peninsula's rivers. All the equipment needed is
provided for you so you only need to bring an eagerness to learn. Fishing will
be done from shore, which will give you two distinct advantages over people who
use other guide services. You will learn everything you need to know about being
a successful Alaskan fisherman and you have access to many more of the
peninsula's rivers.
The fact is...guides who use boats are restricted to 2 different rivers, the
Kasilof River and the Kenai River. By booking with our guide service you will be
able to fish ANY of the rivers located on the Kenai Peninsula.
Camping
and salmon fishing are not the only activities you can find on the Kenai
Peninsula. At Alaska Camping and Fishing Adventures, we feel it would be a shame
not to experience more of Alaska during your stay. That is why we also look
forward to taking your group sightseeing, halibut fishing, bear viewing, clam
digging or hiking. Just let us know what you would like to do and we will do our
best to make it happen.
While there is an additional charge for the Halibut
Fishing Charter, all other activities are included in the package price!! You
can not get these services at those higher priced lodges.
